Members can't download pass onto Iphone

My members are now getting their emails but cannot open the passes nor download them onto their iphones -- have tried Google, Safari and Chrome -- the pass will not open on any of these browsers.
Please help,

    i dont understand wy you continue creating pass with expired certificates

    "passTypeIdentifier": "pass.passdock2017.public.1", why ?

    I don't understand how I would go about creating or uploading a new
    certificate -- when a certificate expires, am I notified in some way? Are
    there directions anywhere online for this?
    The system worked correctly into early December and then stopped working.

    the problem is that you use a test certificate for production.
    And it's not allowed by the Aplpe and PAssdock rules.

    test certificates is only for test and not for production to the user.
    Every December / every year ) we disable test certifciates and disable all pass in production installed with this test certificates.
    Every December we publish a new test certificates for the platform. The id is this now "passTypeIdentifier": "pass.passdock2019.public.1".

    We just update your templates "GMAA Membership Card 2020" and download of all passes works fine. we just try.

    You need to create ( or we can do it for you ) an annual certificates valid for production.

    OK -- thank you for your help. If you could create a certificate for me,
    that would be very wonderful.
    Would that then be good until December of 2020?

    Also, I have tried this morning (just tried again now) to email my own pass
    to my own email and it has not arrived after nearly 20 minutes; it has not
    appeared in my spam or promotions folder either.

    YEs the problem is connected. platform check that you sign passes with an invalid certificates and stop also the email.

    Everything is connected.

    Now i unlock your situation, try to send again the email and i think now you will receive it.

    Tomorrow we will create a new cet for you, Normally we want that user pay us for this service but sorry for our later reply and we create it for free.

    Update me if now you receive email.

    It appears that emails with new passes are not going out this evening — I sent out two test emails to myself about two hours ago & they have not arrived.
