Members are not getting the emails with their cards attached

This member, Diane Olechna, emailed a month after the fact and said that she had not received the email containing her e-pass -- the url for her pass is below. I tried to re-send but she still does not receive it. Then I tried to send her pass to myself as a test and I did not receive it either. Can you tell me what the problem might be?

    I just heard today from two additional members who did not receive their email with their passes -- I tried to send their passes to myself and they also did not come. Can you please tell me what the problem might be? I am using the same browser and template that I have used for months.
