Not able to download pass

Dear Customer Support

I was not able to download the pass that I have created. The “add to wallet” button does not work. The QR code for download does not work either. However, passes that have been downloaded before remained in my wallet. So I think there is something wrong with the step to add pass to the wallet. Can you fix the problem? Thank you.
