My members are not receiving the emails with the passes

The people who should have received passes from yesterday have not received their emails; they have both checked spam and junk folders. Also, I am not able to go into the passes and resend them -- the pass has a number but the image for the pass is blank. Please reply as soon as possible -- this is a big time of year for our association!

    I just tried to send myself a pass and did not receive the email notification from Passdock. Please take a look at this as soon as possible.

    dear, we check everithing and our platform works fine.
    We contact our provider for the email sender ( MAndrill ) that reply us that form saturday there' was a problem on the email system from their side that they resolve today.

    if you use passdock remember that since february 2019 you main domain is passdock.net and not passdock.net so please join us form www.passdock.net and change the api link to api.passdock.net.
