Not able to scan the QR Code for the downloaded PK Pass

Hi,

We have created and downloaded many pk pass but the QR scan is not working we found that the content of the QR code is empty. However when we check the same pass in the account portal we are able to scan but if we try to download it and try to scan its showing empty content. Please help us fixing this issue as this is critical and its on our production environment.
