Can't get to "new" screen to generate new passes

When I go to templates, pick the 2018 GMAA membership template and choose "new" so that I can generate a new pass, I get an error screen. It says "We're sorry, but something went wrong. Error 500." This has been happening since Monday (three days).

    we try to edit template and create passes for 2 your template and all works fine

    Where you have error 500 ?

    And I have tried on both Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer -- doesn't
    seem to matter which web browser I am using.
