Several of my customers say that Safari cannot download the passes; another said this:
I did receive the download, but cannot download it via my phone, or laptop. I tried in both Safari and Chrome on my mobile to no avail. My MacBook Air didn’t like it either. I’m on an iPhone7 and it wouldn’t add it to my wallet.
This has been going on for weeks and we don't seem to get any help from Passdock.
